    Hi everyone

This may sound a bit daft but I have slowed down the gym and added in exercise classes (like bodycombat). The problem is I have totally flat feet and pronate (rolling on the outside). Does anyone know which cross trainers are best for this as I have done a few classes in standard cross trainers and my feet kill me!

I know its a long shot but if anyone knows it will be someone here!!!
    Thanks

i dont know what mine are, but i wear nike air + 2009 and they are so comfy! my feet are flat too :) or my alternative is my old dance trainers but i think they can only be bought from the dance specialist catalogues

:) mine are the pink ones, but they have them in lilac too.

pricey though, cost me £115 for mine.... i already killed one pair in 6 weeks (my old regulars), im on my 2nd pair now in 3 monthes.

there is a 2010 versian out but i think the 2009's are more attractive

Brill thanks - funny enough while searching for them online I found a shop that does trainers for you after they watch you walking on a treadmill so they can give you the best ones for your feet. Im now £85 lighter but have some shiny new balance purple trainers :)
The shop is called Runners World :)
