Well ive been referred by the doctor and got a full gym membership at total fitness for £29 per month (£16 discount because im fat-get in! lol) went for my consultation today and was advised to eat before i work out because lipotrim isnt enough calories and i could pass out.
What should i do? im only doing 2-3 days a week... should i have a bowl of weetabix befrehand.. i am aware ity will break ketosis. does anybody else go the gym whos on 100%TFR X

I go to gym 3 times a week for 45 mins a go and am fine but just do less cardio and more resistance!! Don't eat, u don't need to. Have your shake before or after, take it slow at first and you'll be fine! Hope that helps! :)
