Hello everyone lol
Right this time I want to know...about going to the gym on Cambridge diet.
Does it affect your weight loss. I went last 2 weeks 3 days a week did weights and cardio.
But I've lost inches but no weight. But I have weighed myself on some new scales I brought not the consultants
 
yes it can is the simplist answer! just remember that you will loose the fat with exercise. your size will reduce but you might not loose the weight as quickly. this is because of the 1lb of fat and 1lb of muscle. they both weigh the same but muscle takes up less room in your body thus giving you inch loss.
 
Yes. As great things said, you will be losing fat, and gain very little muscle, but will be more holding water.
 
Hi, I still do military fitness classes, run and Zumba. Really don't want to stop the exercise so I'll take the slower losses! x
