Had a crap few days....

S: 14st10lb C: 14st8lb G: 11st1lb BMI: 32.9 Loss: 0st2lb(0.97%)
Ok Ok Ok! Ill be honest... and Ive let myself down sooo much...
I started CD 14 days ago today... and on Day 11 I had reached my first goal of loosing 1 stone, i was down to 12st 7!!!
So as a treat, i had 2 cherry toms and 2 ritz crackers.... well before i knew it i was picking... and now 12st 12lbs!!! :(

I have always just had 3 shakes a day if I have picked, and to be honest I dont know why i picked cos i wasnt even hungry thats what so annoying... my 1st weigh in on sat as my CDC been on holiday.
Do i have to start all over again... ive just carried on now and NO PICKING! but what i wanna know is will it take 4 days for my body to go back into ketosis as ive been pee-ing on my sticks and ive been NEGATIVE now for 2 days :break_diet:

If you get the water down you then ketosis cant be far away, and you shouldnt have the bad withdrawal that you had at first, if you havent picked today then you could even be in by the morning x

Thanks... no more picking... i didnt realise the water made that much difference, to be honest i havnt quite had my full 3-4L that i normally have, do u think this may have caused the problem as well?
What part does the water play exactly?
