Had day off today

Not going to feel guilty! But had a pasta salad and some biscuits and chicken for tea, all because I was planning a day off anyway for op but decided to do it anyway. Going to fully do ss tomorrow until my op so I will need 200% support to get into ketosis! Do you think I can do it even if iv had a day off?

Kimmie I had 3 and a bit days off for Euro Dis' and couldn't wait to get back on plan, you know you can do it x

Iv hardly really eaten anything and my stomach is uncomfortable painful!! I feel sick and feel like iv put about 5stone on lol!! So I'm not eating anything else now! Blurgh!!
