Had my first cup of peppermint tea ever...

just now... and all i can say is .... ugh!

I'm hoping it's like when I first drank Guinness and that I will acquire the taste and grow to love it.

Think i'll try to develop a taste for black tea.... or try the Vanilla to whiten it .. but not sure what that will do to the taste.

How are you doing today? I'm sticking to the plan OK but am demotivated regarding doing anything else. Seems all my focus is being spent on not allowing the idea of a craving pop into my head.

i am ok.. small little hic up, not anything to worry about...
im loving black decaf coffee. so im fine.. tea, i can do but i dont like the film that it gets on it!

things are just busy today (as is all mondays, and every other day to be honest!)
