    Had my first weigh in tonight and I've lost 2.5lbs :D:D:D:D Im so pleased!!!! Its definately given me the encouragement and motivation I need for the next week ahead! Was a bit nervous as it was my first week and I feel like I've eaten loads! But it really does work!! :D:D Yay!!! :D:D

    Congratulations! That's fantastic. I am only on my second week and it still feels wrong - loosing weight but eating so much! Keep thinking I will be up this week (thought the same last week, but I was down).
