and returned my form to my LL counsellor. Am all set now to start in January.

Was pleasantly surprised when my GP weighed me, am 5lb lighter than I was a couple of weeks ago

my GP did ask if it was a bit much for me to start this now, and then I explained that I was waiting til the New Year to do it. I want 2007 to be a good year. 2006 has turned out to be pretty rotten so I want next year to be much more positive.
