Hair growth-weird question I know!

I know this may sound odd but I'm just wondering if exante affects hair growth?

I'm asking because my hair (on my head) usually grows really fast but since starting exante it hasn't really grown at all.

Also because when I shave my legs the hair doesn't start coming back for about a week when usually they would be stubbly (gross!) a day or 2 afterwards.
I'm not complaining about the leg hair, less work for me!

So does exante affect hair growth?
Or am I the only one experiencing this?

I remember reading somewhere that it is a side effect of VLCDs but as soon as you stop it returns to normal (and when you finish take vitamin B to help promote healthy hair and skin). Can't remember where I saw this but hopefully it helps x

yep , when I did 5 straight months on lipotrim my hair started falling out really badly ( good job I have really thick hair ) , basically when you are in ketosis non essential functions are stopped so you body can use the energy for more important thinks , so hair growth slows down , and body temperature drops slightly ( hence why we feel cold ) . This is one reason exante recommends a food break every 4 weeks , so your body can regenerate a little nothing to worry about though and it all returns to normal after you finish
