    if you split your shakes and soups in half and have 6 instead of 3 does it make any difference to your weight loss

    No difference at all.
    Some people prefer to do this, in order to get through the day, especially at the beginning during the first few days of CD.

    im on day 2 and havent really found it too bad hardest thing is having to cook food for my kids.but i have split my tea time one today and might start doing that from now on.

    It can actually help people to split packs and you can have as many split as you want as long as it adds up to the right number of packs at the end of the day.
