half healthy extra???

#2
On Extra Easy yes you can... I do mainly green now but when I started I asked my C and she said I could use half for milk and the other half for cheese if I wanted. So for eg... 175ml skimmed milk and 3 laughing cow extra light or 21g mozzarella etc... Hope that helps :)

Yes, I quite often mix and match, especially if I want to make macaroni cheese and need both milk and cheese.

So you can split milk and cheese but not bread and porridge because the porridge is supposed be 28g of porridge plus a scanbran
