On Extra Easy yes you can... I do mainly green now but when I started I asked my C and she said I could use half for milk and the other half for cheese if I wanted. So for eg... 175ml skimmed milk and 3 laughing cow extra light or 21g mozzarella etc... Hope that helps :)

You can split your HEs as long as they are single items

So you can split milk and cheese but not bread and porridge because the porridge is supposed be 28g of porridge plus a scanbran
