half healthy extra???

    can you have half of 2 healthy extras?
    for example if i only have 3 laughing cow extra light can i have 175ml of skimmed milk instead of the other 3??

    On Extra Easy yes you can... I do mainly green now but when I started I asked my C and she said I could use half for milk and the other half for cheese if I wanted. So for eg... 175ml skimmed milk and 3 laughing cow extra light or 21g mozzarella etc... Hope that helps :)

    Yes, I quite often mix and match, especially if I want to make macaroni cheese and need both milk and cheese.

    Thats great , I always thought you couldnt do it, but really as long as its the same food group it shouldnt make any difference.Many thanks

    You can split your HEs as long as they are single items

    So you can split milk and cheese but not bread and porridge because the porridge is supposed be 28g of porridge plus a scanbran
