Lucy: That's probably the best thing to do. The specialist will soon find out what is causing the problem. That's good that you haven't lost any money on the trainers.
Jenny: well done, must admit my runs have been on the treadmill since it turned cold...!!!
A few twinges but I slowed down when needed, another 3.5 tonight, slow pace in just over 47mins but I really aren't bothered with speed, perhaps that'll come n time.

i hope i can speed up my half time, not for me but for my brother. were doing the same one in feb and i dont want him to waiting around for me too long. its very unrealistic trying to do his timing, he can do it in 2hrs
