Loving being able to go swimming. Ok so I'm slow and my technique is rubbish but I'm moving and it's having a big effect on my breathing.
I've got some mini goals for swimming too.
By the end of this week I want to be up to 40 lengths each morning - 34 this morning.
Just found out my swim sub includes aqua fit classes too (happy bunny).
You can do it!! I need to start a proper exercise regime too, I have a Fitbit band now that my OH bought for me so no excuses not to get my 10000 steps in per day Subscribing! I look forward to following you on your weight loss journey x
