Half points, or count as 1?

I have just made some ham and cheese twist things (but without the twists lol) and i used 2 slices of wafer thin ham in each, seeing as 3 slices of ham is 1 point, should i just point them as 1 anyway, or 1/2 point?

if your on propoints you would need to count them as 1pp as we don't have half pp's.
