Hi, I joined SW in November but just joined the forum.

I have lost 1st 13.5 but am starting to plateau.

Consultant said to mix it up a bit to try my body.

I normally do EE but am going to try red for a few days/week. (also heard upping the protein might kick start it again. Still have another 3st to go)

I am struggling a bit with the lack of carbs etc, so am wondering for 1 HEXB could I have 1 slice of Nimble (instead of 2) and a half portion of Baked Beans.

I need my other HEXB for potatoes with my dinner later.

    Thanks

Yes you can split your HEs as long as they are single items. So, you can split your wholemeal bread but you can't with something like porridge because the HEB is 28g porridge + 1 scan bran.

    Great, thanks!

I just tucked into 2 x bacon, 3 x SW sausage, 1 toast and beans - 1/2 syn in total. Yum Yum!

Was having fruit and yogurt up to now!
