Half way there

I am half way through my weight loss journey, ive now lost 20 1/2 lb ( dont forget that all important half !!)
I have counted my weeks and i average 1 lb per week which was my goal, some weeks 1 or 2 lb others 1/2 lb and on occasion maintained.
If i carry on the same i shall hopefully be at target by christmas, because of festivities i will set my goal for beginning of feb.
I go to group with a friend and we have had some healthy competition, ( she has lost 28lb) egging on and mutual support and encouragement.
When at target we will still go to group, cos its our weekly escape from putting children to bed etc.
Anybody considering slimming world i couldnt recommend it enough;)

congrats, thats a brilliant achievement. you seem to be very level-headed and realistic about your long term goals so you will surely be a fab success... well done and good luck xxx
I've posted a similar message as you tonight.

I do exactly the same, and average my losses out rather than get hung up on if I've gained etc. Its nearly 2lbs a week so I'm very happy with that.

Good luck with losing the other half, you'll be there in no time!
