oooof! So, i'm half way through the first goal i set for myself. Day 24 ts of my planned 48. This takes me to the day before my works 'do', where i plan to have a light meal to prepare myself and then take it steady on the do. I have to come off ts that week anyway as i find i have to have an operation on the 21st Dec and it is recommended that you are refeeding for a week before surgery. I do however plan to return to ts in the new year.
So all in all, i'm feeling a little bit chuffed with myself
and i'm even begining to get used to the soup and shake flavours that i was struggling with at first. xx
