Some great losses this week guys, well done! Mine was crap, but you are all inspiring me for my weigh in on Saturday. Just 3 more days to plough through, then I can get up and weigh in and hopefully see a nice rewarding loss!

Well done Lou, 4lbs is really good!!! - I've just had my weigh in too, only lost 6lbs in 2 weeks but mustn't grumble as I was really bad at the weekend!!! back on track now though, gonna lose at least 5lb next week ( I hope so anyway, or i'll fail my halloween challenge, haha!!!)

Everyone is doing really well here, I'm so impatient for the week to pass so I can weigh in again..and the months to pass so I can feel healthy and fabulous !!!lol

Lisa, 3lbs a week is brilliant, on most other diets that would be a lb a week more than expected!

Have you got another 2 weigh ins before 31st?

If you have, as long as you stay 100% you should breeze through it... It might be better to leave it as it is, and laugh when you pass it, that get disheartened if you don't make it (although i think that is near impossible!) You are doing brilliantly, don't put anything in the way that might pee on your parade!! lol x x x
