I think it will depend on the brand, so probably best to check individually

Bernard Matthews Ltd Wafer Thin Cooked Ham, 97% Fat Free, chilled 100g

0 Syn on Extra Easy
Original Free
Green 4½ Syns

Bernard Matthews Ltd Wafer Thin Turkey Ham, 95% Fat Free, chilled 100g

1 Syns on Extra Easy
Original 1 Syns
Green 5 Syns

Ham is free on Red and Extra Easy - see page 16 of your book.

You must cut off all the fat. The better quality it is, the less likely that it is to have too many additives - meat that is called "reformed" does sometimes have syns because it needs something to stick all the pieces back together!

(I have no idea what turkey ham is - the name doesn't make sense to me! It is either turkey or it is ham - it can't be both! And I don't eat anything from Bernard Matthews anyway, on principle.)

Thanks for your replies. Im on EE. Ive only ever really seen the shops own brand of wafer thin ham. I have avoided it so far, but was thinking it might be something else to eat.
