Ham?

I want to get some ham that I can pick at on red days, it needs to be free so that I can snack on it inbetween meals with a bit of salad or cottage cheese.

Any ideas? I'm a bit lost as to what is 'lean' ham and cant really afford to spend a fortune on 'the finest' from tesco etc.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Tesco
cooked smoked sandwich ham (20 slices)
crumbed ham
dry cured honey roast ham
dry cured wafer thin ham

Asda
smoked ham
smoked ham thin sliced less tham 5 % fat

they are all own brand and all come under Free food if you want any other stores or brands let me know!

yes that's right, it was free last time i checked but will look again on wednesday at weigh in at the new food directory x
