Hand Blenders

Laugh in the face of food
My hand blender has just died and I'd like recommendations for a new one, I've gone through quite a few and I'm getting sick. Do I accept that they're a replaceable thing and keep buying cheap ones or is it worth forking out for a more expensive one? Do the expensive ones last longer? I'm getting the feeling the cheap ones are false economy. Any ideas???

tesco value - cost me about a fiver - it's pretty good!!

Yay thanks everyone, I'll check them out tomorrow. I really don't feel like paying a fortune for a blender that might only last as long as the value ones. I feel like I've had my hand chopped off, I'll have to have a tetra tomorrow for breakup, I'll cope lol.
