i would advise you eat a couple more yeah - cause isnt it if you dont eat enough your body clings to everything you have eaten to take more nutrients from it? So effectively if you dont eat enough your body wont pass as much of it out.. so you'd be doing yourself a favour i think to eat a kitkat or a curlywurly or a packet of wotsits :)
