C25K - week 3 day 3 again with abdominal crunches in gym

Dog walk

Decided not to eat out as both my sister and I are training for race for life and want to be careful with our diet and save our pennies - so long chat but no meal out this week.

Lottery sounds good atm - although i suppose weigh lost could seem like winning the lottery to some hey! :)
 
Just completed Day 13 of the Shred!! Wowee!! :):):)

After 6 days break from exercise it was tough, but not as bad as I expected.

I was tempted to drop back to Level 1 but decided to give Level 2 a go, once I was warmed up I was fine. Dropped my weights a bit to ease back in.

I've been working from home today, and felt hungry & empty all day, drank, water, tea, coffee, water, tea, coffee ... POAS dont seem to be in ketosis, can only blame the extra carbs in the extra bars!! #Grr!!

Feeling pre-menstral but not due on for 8 days - but I'm all over the place cycle wise on this diet. #Grr!!

***FOOD DIARY***

Vanilla shake - hot as a latte with a spoon of coffee

+ 1/2 a toffee bar (not getting these again - liking them to much)

Not much in the fridge so salads a bit dull and smallish - have now shopped so better prepared tomorrow - in fact will make tomorrows salad before bed as I have an early start.

Yes I often have to go for a lie down after reading the exercise in your diary. Doing well kiddo. I am finding that the bars are knocking me out of ketosis as well. Going to have to give them a miss.

Because I've done RTM before,the relaunch is introducing different foods over 10 days or 20 days if you want too,when you go on LLT again Hun!

I guess it will be different again for me. I did RTM last year but I'm doing lite now.

***naughty chocolate at work*** no excuses, wanted it, had it, enjoyed it - crooked thinking will have it instead of a bar, I'm out of ketosis anyway - I'll burn it off in the gym :(
