Hee hee!! You wouldn't have thought that if you saw me go off to work leaving my shake in the blender untouched!! Oops!!

Food according to plan today - apart from leaving my shake behind. In my eagerness to get to my new office I left it made and un-drunk!! Duh!!

So had to have a two bar day to get to gym. Couldn't do soup then jog!! Leaving a spare bar in handbag is a very good idea!! Must replace it.

Did - Drum roll please - 5k on the treadmill in 38 mins 31 secs with just 2 walking intervals!!! So pleased with my progress :) :) :)

I do love the creativity of your adapted plan. More importantly an adapted plan that works for you. Excellent.

I think i would like to be able to walk 5k rather than run. My boobies and knees would not stand all that jiggling about. lol So might ge the ap and walk through it, briskly :)
 
I have now got the C25K app on your recommendation oh Hannah my exercise inspiration Queen!! 5k here I come (after my holibobs!!!). I have never had basa before but have got a fillet for tonight - really looking forward to it!! Keep going girl, you're doing amazingly! X

Fab idea to walk it - love to know how you get on - you can vary your pace and stride lenght instead of walk-run!! Cool!! xx

Great to have a goal Gracielou!! - my goals seem so different now I'm close to my "weight" goal.

My first goal was to get through the first day/week etc. xx

Didnt make it to the gym, as not home till after 8pm, didnt eat until 9.15pm - let it cook whilst doing a brisk walk with the dog and my sister.

Egg salad with quark and spring onions

Nut fudge bar (extra for running energy)

Aubergine slices - pizza style

Cut an Aubergine lengthways into 4 slices.
Spread with tomato puree, pesto, mixed herbs, black pepper, red onion and low fat cheese slices - cooked in Remoska, but could be grilled - absolutely deeeeeeelish!!

***Exercise***


C25K - ran 5K in 35mins 09 sec - alternating jogging and running a bit faster. On the treadmill in the gym.

Then came home and fell asleep on the sofa, still in my gym kit!!

Ashamed to say the dog did not get to the park last night!! :eek::eek: Will make it up to him today.

Missed going out for the evening as I was too tired. :(:(

Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - treat

Forgot to add that I STS Wednesday. Still 2lb 4oz off a 4 stone loss. Even the pesky ounces stayed the same!!

Only got 10 days left on this plan then supposed to be dropping to one pack per day!!


Might review that and do 2 weeks of total after running RFL - will see.


Some great losses going on again this week folks!! xx
