Wow numbers looking great han, well done you x

Hmmm...I think the anti depressants I'm on are likely a factor in my weight loss this week too. They've literally killed my appetite completely. I can see why anorexia is n the list of side effects / contraindications. Hmmm. I have no intention of ever extending my fasting periods so I'm sure it'll be ok. And i like food too much to give it up forever ha ha ha xD

Mine sooo dont kill my hinger! And also i never even considered that they may have an impact on my weight. Might ask the doc tomoz. Altho in all honesty i think its more me than them thats the issue! Ur doing sooo well babe, i love reading ur diary , u should have a blog! X

Yeah I've been on so many drugs that have impacted on my weight in a negative way, they're poop. But like my specialist said its not really an excuse, but I have to say it makes it a lot damn harder to lose weight when your struggling at the best of times. :(

I really feel like I can say I have implemented juddd into my life now, and I don't even think about it anymore. I just see the fasting as part and parcel of my routine. I have no diet fatigue whatsoever, and coming up to week 9 of a diet and still going strong is pretty much a first for me. I've said it before and I'll say it again, JUDDD has changed my life so much for the better. I'm no longer obsessing about point/syns/calories/eating FULL STOP. Fasting can be hard but its only ever for 24 hrs. Sometimes I go over a little bit on what I should be eating on up days but I never feel guilty!

Woo, it's good the "diet" ;) is working out for you, congrats on your STS.. maybe a loss soon! Reading your diary really makes me think this is something I can implement into a lifestyle as well & live with, without guilt or lack of something like you say! x xx

Wow thats a great loss. Can I just ask... on your DD part of your days do you eat anything or is DD a total fast?

my 24 hour DD is a complete fast at the moment, asides about 5 cups of tea (and milk) to keep my sanity :p

so for example, yesterday was an up-up-down

breakfast: crumpet and lf butter
morning: one of those fancy yoghurts with the cereal topping
lunch: pot noodle and some party rings
afternoon: 2x nutrigrains
--------
5pm - bedtime: fast

Today is a down-down-up:

waking up til 5pm: fast (will have 4/5 cups of tea)
-----
dinner: sausage and mash

and I will most definitely be having some kind of chocolate or naughties tonight :)

Thanks Han, will be trying this starting Sunday 30th as going out for a meal with my mum then for her 70th birthday.....

I'm going to make an attempt to log everything I eat starting on saturday, so I can demonstrate how a typical week works for me :)

That would be ace. I think this is a fab 'take' on the diet. I want to show my mum as she's struggling atm and I think this way might really suit her as her issues are DD's as opposed to mine being UD'S! xx

Han you are amazing :worthy: You are a brilliant example of what Juddd/ADF can do for you if you truly embrace it, when you have faith and embrace it it changes your life, its a revelation I wish I had found it years ago. Onwards and downwards chick xxx
