Hann's IF Diary - 7 months and counting :)

This bloated don't like being this full feeling is exactly how I felt after the pie last week Hann, its really an amazing revelation to me that I felt that way because in the past if I didn't eat until bloated I hadn't had a good feed. How this lifestyle is changing us..I think it must be how 'normal' peeps feel LOL!!!

Yeah it's just like that! Xx

Week 17 weigh in

Sat 10/11 251
Sun 11/11 254.1 (+3.1 post up and pt session)
Mon 12/11 249.3 (-4.8 post uud) -1.7
tue 13/11 247.5 (-1.8 post ddu) -3.5
Wed 14/11 246.9 (-0.6 post uud & gym) -4.1
Thu 15/11 248.1 (+1.2 post ddu & walk) -2.9

Expected, the maccie d's I had last night was reaaaaaally salty and I've pretty much cut out the vast majority of my salt intake! And I did eat a lot last night lol xx

I'm definitely gonna have to give the gym a miss today, breathing not so good today and don't want to make it worse. Gonna make the effort to get out and do my circuit round work (normally I don't on eating days) and not go too heavy on the eating today.

But you know what, I think I need binges like that every now and then. Reminds me how **** I feel when I overdo it and how I really want to get back on track. :)

Funny my mum said the same thing, that I should be proud of myself.. I've not gotten the whole way but what I've done is great... Both mentally and weight loss wise. and everyone should be proud whether it's just one down day or 100, we're all in it together and makin positive steps!

Don't be sorry, I'm happy that you post in here, positivity is always welcomed xxx

Today's eating:

Breakfast - Bowl of bran flakes and skimmed milk (no ss left :()

Elevenses - bueno (nom)

12 - handful of walnuts

Lunch - 3x bread that I made yesterday, toasted with butter. Wagon wheel with jam

Then fasting from 5.

Not exactly healthy options but not massive quantities so I'm ok with that. Being sick would normally drive me to binge... Xx

Corr thats a positively teeny amount of food, times are changing :) And happy 50th anniversary for sunday ha! Isn't it amazing how long you've been doing this for, totally stuck at it and not given up even when feeling crap!
I think we do all need to congratulate ourselves, and be kind to ourselves too, even if there are some bumps in the road. We're here and we're not giving up and that is certainly something to be proud of :-D xx

I know I was thinking that, normally I'd have that WITH a pot noodle or something, sometimes even more bread than that too. Although saying that I did have a jammy wagon wheel about half an hour after! But only 1!

That bread looks delish. Homemade bread and butter nom nom nom.
I love marmite and cheese bread so i guess this is similar.

It's identical except it's not as strongly flavoured with the bovril. Which is kinda nice. Sometimes I find bovril/marmite on toast a bit heavy and it nearly sticks in your throat for a few hours? Xx

Also also also!!!!! Breaking news PEOPLE

I have a pair of size 20 (yes that's 20!!!!!!!!!!) Lycra style pants and they fit!!!! The most unforgiving of clothes, and they fit.....!!!!!!!!!!!

Still fatty sizes but a massive massive step in the right direction. I'm more like a 22 in your average m&s etc but yay!!!!

I pulled up my jeans to fix my socks and they go all the way up to the knee!! Without nipping!!!! Weirdest sensation ever!!!

<3

Happy happy happy!!!!
