Being so naughty it's embarassing. Back SSing by Wednesday latest (tomorrow is my wedding aniversary)
How are you doing - good night on Saturday?
Best of luck at WI tonight - we have booked a meal at 8 but i have to take the cat to the vets at 6 now - she is 20 and they have trouble retracting claws as they get older and i noticed last night one of her claws is embedded into her pad. Hope i don't end up at the vet hospital with her !!

Thank you all, i was thoroughly debauched but am now back SSing.
Think i may have to return to fallen angels.
However August is packed with plans for nights out, parties and even a four day mini cruise. I know my willpower will not stretch so i will have to make the most of a bad month mainly SSing in the week and maybe a drink or two at weekends and then return to sainthood in September.
To be honest, my long term plan was to put 12 months effort into the diet then reassess and despite my lack of willpower i have lost about 6 1/2 stone since the end of Jan so overall it is working for me and i can also fit some living in as well. Maybe it will put me back a few months but at last i feel i can stick with the diet like this rather than give up because it has become too restrictive. hopefully winter will bring an end to socialising and i can get seriously SSing again
