Just thought I would say that I am feeling tip-top-fabby! :) I cannot recall a time when I felt as upbeat as I do right now.. (apart from the hormones when I had my kids of course) ....! Its beautifully sunny outside and for once in my life I see sun and I cant wait to be out... I am not having to cover up like I used to or wear a coat... I feel so FREE!!!

I went straight in to town after the nursery run and for once I treated MYSELF!! I spent AGES on the makeup counter, renewed all of my make-up and then some, and I have bought some really nice body creams that are supposed to firm when losing weight etc... (They have great half price deals in Superdrug at the mo, worth taking a look).....

So, I am gonna have a nice quiet night tonight, pamper myself with my new creams (had to peel the security metal bit off to read the ingerdients thanks Charmaine!) and try out my new makeup...

My back also feels the best it has in about 2 years or more.. I am sleeping great, my skin is fab and no daily headache like before.. :)

I wish I could bottle this feeling :D.. I cant imagine what it would be like to be slinky in the Summer... it may annoy but I rekon I would float about looking a bit hoity-toity!!! I may not ever want to come back down again! LOL!

Hope you all have the beautiful sunshine too :)

Wow Donna, I'm so pleased that you're having a beautiful day! I went into town yesterday and tried on a beautiful dress, but 10 days in, I think I was getting a bit ahead of myself! :p

Could I ask what firming creams you bought?

Hope your day carries on being sunny! xx

Ah thats lovely - thank you!!! I tend to waffle on here as unless I pour my heart out to the 2 little ones, or my moody teen... nobody gives a toss!!! LOL! Joking aside, the OH is at work all day and tbh there is only so much stuff I can say without it getting boring.. everyone else is at work and all of the others dont know what diet I am doing etc...!! So I am sort of pushed to a corner, slowly rocking and going a bit mental all by myself! ;) :D .....

When I get a bad day (not had one in a while but shhhhh!) I like to look back and see how it made me feel on a diff day and it picks me back up.......!!! I dont want to tempt fate but I reckon I have hit that 'level' now where I will actually be ok... I dont want food, I am feeling bloody fab about everything and its just all ok.. struggling and nibbling food, feeling poorly and hungry etc just seems like a lifetime away.....

we can all do this :) and the support on this board is just great!

It's great isn't it when you get to the stage where you know you can keep going for as long as you need to. Lipotrim has been a lifesaver for me. I am so grateful to have found it.

Meee 2 Cate! Ive been reading up today on emotional overeating and finding new ways of solving my binge eating tendencies so that i wont have a huge battle on my hands once im finished on TFR. :) surprisingly it all makes sense! I thought today i wished i had done this years ago. The support forum is as good as any councelling if not better ( i had councelling to help me with my eating disorder but it didnt help me with the binge eating ive still got) so ive just been reading and reading and researching. Im gonna really sort my messed up head out and right a journal about my feelings towards food in relation to my emotions and mood. I feel like i might actually beat this thing inside me!!! :)

Me 2 Cate!
Cham Pers - what have you been reading cos it sounds like my problem 2? I've just ordered the Beck Diet and the Harcombe Diet (as recommended by Cate) as a bit of holiday reading. I think it's because I've got such a long way to go yet I'm already worrying about how I will cope afterwards!

I just put emotional overeating into google and it brought up several links on how to deal with it. Some of them want money so ignore those. I also wiki'd it as well and followed their links. Then i went onto reading about the anatomy of the stomach how it works etc...this is interesting that i found " the stomach empty is the size of a human fist. It can stretch up to 50 times its empty size and hold up to 4L of food/liquid" i always had mine in Extra Extra stretch mode most of yhe time. Serial binge eaters seldom allow themselves to get hungry. That is what i am trying to deal with xxxx

ah Donna you're so inspirational! yep the feeling is fab! I feel on top of the world and in my head im already skinny... it helps i got my hair done this morning and reckon my face defo lookin a bit lighter! One double chin gone!!! By the way guys a great book 'Geneen Roth' is the author and the book is called 'Women Food and God' now that sounds all holy but it isn't and is a brill book... really rang a few bells for me... the author has been on every diet imaginable and the book teaches you to tune in to your feelings, listen to your stomach and just eat when you are HUNGRY.... i really enjoyed the book and got a lot from it... a great read for anyone on the way to refeed.... have a great day girls... gorgeous day too here in Ireland!

Cham Pers and Leluna, many thanks for the information. I think the book I am looking for is ... "What to do if you love food and have no lid to your appetite!" :p

Donna, I could read your post every day and never get tired of it. I love that word tip-top-fabby! :D
