Good Morning all,I have decided to start a food diary to help me keep on track. All comments and advice welcome :)

Breakfast -
2 pieces of toast - 198cals
3 slices of wafer thin ham - 63 cals

Lunch -
Tomato & Basil cupasoup - 93cals
Roll - 76 cals
cake - 125cals

Tea - link sausage sandwich -400 cals
Snack - Aero - 156 cals
Biscuit - 50 cals

total cals today -1161

HI, well done for starting your food diary, i always enjoy reading what others are using cals on, so hope you dont mind if i keep an eye on yours, especially as we are both starting again today!!

chocolate spread - 85cals

Lunch - Prawn Pasta Salad - 200cals
Skips - 90 cals

Tea -Toast & cheese -300cals
crisps - 136cals

Wi this morning and sts, but i did have a few bad days - so back to square one :)

STS is ok for your first week, well done!! (im praying for one this week how naughty ive been the weekend! lol!)

Happy hippo, i sympathise with your disappointment completely. I am going backwards (gaining), and its so hard to get back on it the day after you have had a bad day. But you have and your bad days havenot taken over. Well done for sts it would be very easy to have given up put on a lb or 2 and then be like me and starting again!!!!

Well done and heres to a good week ahead.
