Happy summer all!


has started again!!
Hello, just popped in to see how you all are getting along.

Not been using the forum so much as I have others in the past, as I am so relaxed and thoroughly enjoying this plan!! (SOOOOO not like me !!)

i love the exercise, mainly because Helen, our leader is just fabulous. She is down to earth, loads of common sense and such good fun too! I have now started paying for two classes a week, which if you had said I would do a couple of months ago I would have laughed out loud!!

Weight loss has been good, over two stone now, but not obsessing over it, so not sure how close to 2 and half stone I am yet! (Will check my chart and update my stats soon, I promise!)

I am off on a short family camping trip in a couple of weeks, and am a bit worried re food and the dreaded drink but am prepared to give it a go. If I fail I will go back on the 1200 to lose the regained lbs faster. I have made a heap of low fat burgers to take, and will buy some delicious fat free sausages made by our local butcher, too. For snacks I am hoping fruit, and if I fancy a nibble I will take my all time favourites Walkers Baked salt n'vinegar, with me.

hope you are all having an amazing summer, and promise to pop back soon. Will try not to leave it so long next time, honest!
