Well done Anna24, im nw to sw my wi is thurs but iv done ww in past & im loving sw but iv weighed at hm & my scales say iv put weight on!! just hope its coz of diff scales, really hope iv loose with sw as it suits me much better

I'm doing SW and am finding my weight isn't falling off as some people's seems to do. I lost 1lb in first week then second week I put on 1.5! Anyway, I went on to lose 3, the another 1.5, then gained 1 and now this week lost 2.
It can be a long slog for some but keep going, it will come good sooner or later.

Been doing SW for 10 days at home with books that are 11 years old(from class!) and have 3.5 stone to lose - crikes.

Anyway, weighed today at have lost 6lbs yipppeeeee!

For the ones of you who losses have slowed or if you have put on, are you doing mostly Green days ?

I find that I feel fatter when I have eaten carbs and also do not feel as full for as long..

Think I have proved that Red days are the best for me.. but it may just be a thought for those of you who are struggling
