I'm doing SW and am finding my weight isn't falling off as some people's seems to do. I lost 1lb in first week then second week I put on 1.5! Anyway, I went on to lose 3, the another 1.5, then gained 1 and now this week lost 2.
It can be a long slog for some but keep going, it will come good sooner or later.
