I'm very very very happy today because I have managed to lose 6lbs this week!!!. I'd say it's mostly water but it's really given me a good boost. It also goes to show how much bloating junk I was eating before.
I've cooked everything from scratch this week..even on the nights when I couldn't be bothered..I made sure there was no sneky supplies in the freezer. I've upped the water and started to exercise.
Thanks to Minimise-me for sending me in Billy Blank's direction..I love him!. I'm a bit stretched in places but it's a good feeling.
I'm going to have a treat night tonight and cook up a homemade chicken curry..I'm even going to have sone wine.
Since I started this healthy eating plan last week, I've just had 3 meals a day and a snack of a plain biscuit/fruit or low fat hot choc when I was hungry. I'm going to stick to it again next week and fingers crossed I'll be just as happy next week!
