    Hi everyone,
    I'm very very very happy today because I have managed to lose 6lbs this week!!!. I'd say it's mostly water but it's really given me a good boost. It also goes to show how much bloating junk I was eating before.
    I've cooked everything from scratch this week..even on the nights when I couldn't be bothered..I made sure there was no sneky supplies in the freezer. I've upped the water and started to exercise.
    Thanks to Minimise-me for sending me in Billy Blank's direction..I love him!. I'm a bit stretched in places but it's a good feeling.
    I'm going to have a treat night tonight and cook up a homemade chicken curry..I'm even going to have sone wine.
    Since I started this healthy eating plan last week, I've just had 3 meals a day and a snack of a plain biscuit/fruit or low fat hot choc when I was hungry. I'm going to stick to it again next week and fingers crossed I'll be just as happy next week!

    Ah thanks!..I'm really chuffed. I think I want to marry Billy now..then I'd have no excuse!

    Ha ha her certainly is good and i just enjoy working out with him! I am waiting for my DVD to arrive so i can do a good workout.

    had an early start to take daughter to work for 7 this morning, shes an a-level student working for sainsbury in the bakery, and then went back to bed for a couple hours lol ive been out for a short 1 mile run with the dog and will get some lunch soon :) feeling very positive really and feel the pressures off which is a lovely feeling (to lose weight i mean)?

    how about u?

    OMG..your daughter works in a bakery!!..hope she doesn't bring you back any temptations later!. That's great that you've been out exercising already. I'm in work until 9pm today so I'm having a rest day. I can't wait to get home to my bed & book later, I'm feeling very lazy!
    I made some butternut squash & red pepper soup for my lunch and I've had some scrambled eggs on toast for brekkie so I'm on track today. It's great not to feel hungry.
    I even feel that my work trousers are fitting a bit better today (in saying that though, they were cutting my stomach in half last week when I was sitting down!!).

    Well, I stayed the same this week but it's ok..I was expecting it!. Even in WW, I used to lose for 3 weeks and then the fourth was a bogey week. I'm happy I didn't put any on. I've been very good with my healthy eating this week and have been cooking up a storm. Roll on next week, I'm going to keep it up and try to fit more exercise in too.

    Well done your doing really well. oh i just wish they would hurry up and make some machine that we could step in and walk out looking perfect hahaha!

    God yeah, that would be brilliant. I wish they would invent one that you just pull over your head in the morning and your hair is washed, blow-dryed & glossy...then a machine that cleans the whole house for you..and one that cooks the dinner...ahh, dream on.

    Just a quick note to say that I lost another pound this week..yippee!!!. I'm going to start a new challenge this week...I want half a stone gone in three weeks and I'm going to count it down religiously. If anyone wants to join in they can..I reckon it's achievable. Good luck everyone with their weigh-ins this week!

    Yahoo..lost another lb this week..I'm getting there slowly but surely!. I took out my old WW book this week & pointed my meals because I thought my portion sizes might be too big..and sure enough, I was right. So, I've cut down on the portions and tried to drink more water. I've been sick this week and on anti-biotics so I'm pleasantly surprised that I've lost..yippee.
