Hard but worth it!!

    I have found this one of the hardest diets I have ever done, but certainly the most rewarding. This diet is exactly what I have been looking for, intense short sharp dieting. When I went for my first weigh in I was struggling but when I got on the scale and saw a loss of 17lbs in a week it became worth it rapidly!!

    I am now determined to carry on in the same vein and reach my goal:D

    17lb is unbelievable, i agree best thing ive ever done, it is difficult at times, but the losses are fab, good luck
