hello x I'm in my 3rd week of ww pp! I'm starting to struggle with it lost 4 1/2 lbs in first 2 weeks but my next weight in is wed and I'm not sure that I've done very well just been bit slack at writing everything down I forget to do it!!! we'll see how wed goes for me.......fingers crossed xx
 
Ooo that dreaded moment where trackin starts to slip! Lol i too have been down and bein truthful still stumble across that road! Do u have esource? A smartphone? Or a clicker or calculator, to help?? Either that or track at the end of the day retrospectively or plan for the day ahead, a few more weeks and u will get used to certain things that can be eaten on the go and tracked later, for example, i was a crisp freak and like a nibble so noted that three slices of wafer thin meat was one point so picked at that instead lol dont give up, just remember why u first walked through the doors!! If u want any help give me a shout will do my best!! Good luck x
 
Oh that's a great tip about the wafer thin meat... Will Defo try that one :)
