Ooo that dreaded moment where trackin starts to slip! Lol i too have been down and bein truthful still stumble across that road! Do u have esource? A smartphone? Or a clicker or calculator, to help?? Either that or track at the end of the day retrospectively or plan for the day ahead, a few more weeks and u will get used to certain things that can be eaten on the go and tracked later, for example, i was a crisp freak and like a nibble so noted that three slices of wafer thin meat was one point so picked at that instead lol dont give up, just remember why u first walked through the doors!!
