I was just wondering if we're allowed it - When i was on cambridge i used to make jelly with packets of geletine and flavoured water then make a sponge base put the jelly on top then put the moose on top of that - like a trifle :) - ive got a packet here

Per 140ml
8kcal
0.4g carbs
trace fat

it also has no citric acid

Thanks in advance

Depends on your definition of allowed.

Is it part of the plan and recommended by S&S - no
Will it take you out of ketosis no, but IMO theres more to this diet than things that take you out of ketosis

Ultimately its your choice whether you have it.

Personally for me I wouldnt, I prefer to be 100% and stick to packs, I always feel jelly is just a tweak too far, but thats just my opinion

think the sponge base definately not allowed!) x

I used a choc pack and halfed it put half in a ramekin dish with a sweeter and two tablespoons of water mixed and microwaved used to have them as muffins too :) then with the other half used moose mix :)

S&S have said that many of their customers have the sugar free jelly (packets only - not ready made) with no ill effects but it's not part of the 'official' list as it were.
