Harvester syns please

I know this has probably been done to death but i was just wondering if there is a link or if anyone knows the syns?

I have searched everywhere but all people are saying is have the chicken breast and jacket but i dont mind using all my syns on a meal so want to know my options? and am going tomorrow for my friends birthday.

Have you got the food directory? It lists harvester meals in the eating out section at the back

pants guess i will just have to stick to the boring food just to be on safe side, x

If you google 'harvester nutritional information' then you can use the syn calculator! That's what I do.
