has any 1 tried these?

scrap this, did a search and no-no-no is the answer. i wasnt going to get them i dont think but was curious as to what people thought, now i know :)
 
hiya ye i have the orange as i just can drink water ive been using them since week one and there fine ive only tasted the orange though ye need more than a spoonful i usually use a spoonful per pint teaspoon mind u there fine they dont take ye out of ketosis or make ye feel hungry if anything it helps me drink more
 
cheers loudei, i read they were a big no-no, not because of ketosis but just frowned upon. deffo know i have an alternative now :) - judging by ur weekly stats they certainly havent done you any harm :)
