YOu have been given a huge amount of good advice here Sarah - I am positive that if you stick at it for another week, it should show on the scales, and although small losses never hit the headlines, it is those slow losses that add up to be sucessful long term weight loss.

As others have said, but I will reiterate - I maintain very happily on Extra Easy, but as a weightloss plan for me, it never worked. Red days and green days worked for me (and I think may well work for you). When you are happy, and losing, with them the odd day of M2M or EE for variation at a weekend will slip in nicely.

I have no intention of giving up - the only reason I will give up is if I haven't lost anything after a month of really sticking to it.

Thanks again for all the advice given, you have really all helped me get up this morning and carry on :) I was cooking at 6.30 this morning! :giggle:
