I'm on AAM this week and i'm loving it. So much that I was thinking of changing to 790 next week. I was just wondering if I could do the AAM for longer instead of 790 and roughly how much I would lose compared to SS and 790. So has anyone done this?

    Thanks

    Niki

    Hi Niki,

As long as you stick to quanties allowed there is no reason you couldn't stick to AAM. Difficult to say how much you will lose.

I have heard of some not doing SS, but sticking to AAM from the begining and their weight losses are the same as those on SS.

Linda (CDC) knows more about it than me.
