No your not alone, i feel like that some days. But if we allowed that irrational thought to rule us we would never eat another bite in our life lol
dont freak out, keep going, you have plenty weight to come off before eating ww- lose weight points start making you pile on the pounds. as long as you dont consistantly go over your alloted points( and put yourself into maintaining points or blow it all and shove this diet up yer bum points) then we should be fine
