Has anyone got a creamy chicken pie recipe?

I am talking about the chicken and vegetable type pies with mashed potato on top.

obviously without the cream and making the sauce another way which is low in syns or syn free.

oooh yes that is kind of what I was after, however I have no packets of white sauce in my cupboard and was hoping to make it this evening.

I wonder if I can make a low fat white sauce myself with some flour.

YOu can make a fat free sauce with sauce flour. Carrs make one, it's a little packet. but you still have to syn it :-(

You could use philly extra light, with a bit of milk?

a made it with just some stock and flour in the end, so not really a creamy chicken pie. But it was yummy all the same.
