hmmm I'd say you could do it, if you have a decent amount to lose and you keep at it without fail for the whole 3 months, exercise plenty, and try make healthy decisions. But thats not an easy task.
Give it a go... but don't get too upset if you miss the target. The fact is you are changing your life for good for EVER and the weight will come off.
Mini goals are great to have, like aiming for your first silver 7 in the next few weeks. makes it feel like its more within reach!

hannata how are you getting on with WW. Av been all over the place doing Exante and have been considering WW before I undo my hardwork. How are the losses etc on PP? I know its slow but its something. Tah x
