Its been fairly easy today.. it'll be tomorrow afternoon when my body realises its not had many carbs that I'll be moaning!

I saw the carb blockers on LCM a while back and posted something similar to this thread.....one of the replies made me think....

Where will the excess carbs go?

If its ANYTHING like Xenical you'll be in turbo-dump city pet.

I hope they just come out quietly!!! I did get a bit egg-bound on my first week back on Atkins and I am more or less back to normal..so perhaps what veg / sweetners/ these things I have is normalising all that? I don't know!
I will use up what I have but I don't think I will continue to buy them after.
