I have, I've lost about the same amount of weight on SW and WW but for some reason in the first week of both I lost loads. I.e. when I switched from SW to WW I lost lots that week then it settled to about 1lb a week then when I switched back from WW to SW I lost lots again and then it stabilised to the same 1lb a week lol. I think what sparked the bigger loss was changing things around which reinforces what SW always say, keep your diet varied and you'll have good losses!

Hmmm, maybe we should do one week of WW and then one of SW, keep alternating them... ha ha

LOL! Well that wouldn't be different from WW discovery plan where they encourage you to do a week of points then a week of core to keep your body guessing :D
