...got to goal, and joined weight watchers or another slimming class to maintain their weight? And if so, has it worked?

i reckon that losing this weight is going to be the easy bit, its maintaining it and keeping ourselves from eating like we used to will be the hard bit, im almost scared of the thought of eating properly again when i get to my goal, i dont want all that weight back on!!

I did think about joining ww but too late, they won't have me now, i'm normal weight. I'm joining the gym very soon, we're moving house so I'll join the one near there, it's far too far to go now and my cals aren't enough yet, only just started 790. I'm going to be a gym bunny, I loved it at 16 - 18 stone so it will be fab at 10.5 hee hee xx

I've been maintaining using Patrick Holford's low GI books and have so far kept the 6 stone off since last October. It's hard work keeping it off tho!

Early days for me in the maintenance game but I deliberately didn't switch to an alternative plan as I wanted to get away from the feeling of always being on a diet and try and regain some form of "normal" eating plan. I calorie count now so no food is restricted.

    Gxx
