has anything changed ??

Hey u lot - I haven't been on this wunnerful forum 4 a while but am now back to lookin after myself (tryin to) and so just wondered if there's any major changes I shld know about (ie) is it still safe for me to use the 2008/9 directory, are there changes in H. Extras and are the foods still the same for Green and Red days etc etc..???

Don't what if anything has changed since 2008/9 except that in addition to Red and Green days there are now Extra Easy days which sort of combines both, ie you can have whatever carbs & proteins you want but you must have a least 1/3rd superfree foods, which are mainly fruit and veg, except peas, sweetcorn and parsnips. The consultants seem to encourage everyone to use Extra Easy to start with - I'm certainly happy with it.

there are some helpful sticky posts for 'new members' so perhaps read through those on this section of the forum and that might rejog your memory xxx

If you have the plan from a couple of years ago - it worked then, i am sure it will be fab and fine now :) xxx good luck! x
