Has anything new been added to ss plus in new books?

I've been struggling on ss so I plan to do ssplus, and just wondering if anything new has been added to list in new books? also what salad dressings are best to have ? I know you have to have the fat free ones.

There's a Hellmann's fat free vinegarette that I found in Sainbury's. Tastes OK.

Don't think you can have the eggs and prawns till 810 sorry hun. As far as i know nothing new has been added for us ss+ers, rubbish,lol
The hellmans fat free dressing is lovely i think, only 59p a bottle from tesco. It's the ONLY fat free one i have found.
