don't worry hun you can get back on track! i'm back on the wagon after having half a 20inch pizza two portions of chips and an entire birthday cake this week skipped my weigh in today only because i was so bloated i probably would have gained a stone but getting back into the swing of it is such a mood booster :D we all have slip ups but if you start afresh that's the sucess in my books!

Dont give up yet - all is not lost.

If you had eaten a whole pizza then maybe....but 2 slices i bet you coudl count your HEA as the cheese for some of the damage too!!!

Just get right back on plan now and dont worry!
