Im definitely in for a gain this week. I used the majority of my syns at the start of the week and then today had two slices of dominos pizza and a frappuccino from startbucks. OMG :-|
don't worry hun you can get back on track! i'm back on the wagon after having half a 20inch pizza two portions of chips and an entire birthday cake this week skipped my weigh in today only because i was so bloated i probably would have gained a stone but getting back into the swing of it is such a mood booster we all have slip ups but if you start afresh that's the sucess in my books!
